One day I'll fly away

Now this is a great shot.  Love the old fashion look of the whole, and especially the balloon.  This looks like a turn of the century (19th to 20th) work, helped by the washed out colours and the almost sepia look.   I like that you took the time to set a darker setting and give the shot that mood.   The setting is great too and used to great effect.  I am assuming that there was modern civilization all around and yet you managed to get only the old stuff.   Nice.   I cannot think of anything that would improve this shot.  Good job.

I see from some of the comments that there was some sort of contest involved, if so I'll bet you had stiff competition in such a picturesque part of the world, but I still think you'd win, at least you did in my book.
