Solitude

This is absolutely stunning. Wonderfully put together, emotive and visually impressive. I can't describe how much I love this.
If you did this your self, which I kind of gathered from your Artist's Comments (although I don't know what Cisiec is, so I might be wrong), I am blown away.

The framing is perfect, because all three walls are visible, which allow the viewer to have a sense of what's beyond the picture, and the slight tilt is perfect – the picture becomes very dynamic just from that.
The lighting is what I really, really love, and the window is an amazing use of colour and light to emphasize the figure. The shadows are really beautiful in the corners of the room and the textures of the wall/glass, as well.
The figure is very emotive, which actually surprised me because there is nothing that special about the stance. But the light, context and title make it so much more meaningful.

I guess there's nothing I have to say that's bad about this shot. I just wanted an excuse to tell you how much I love it.
